If you are unhappy with a Buttonbag product for any reason, we will be happy to refund or replace it.

Simply return an item within 30 days in perfect condition together with original packaging and we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.

Alternatively, if a part of the kit appears to be missing, please contact us and we will be happy to send the missing part to you free of charge.
