Delivery
Guaranteed delivery service
We use UPS who will deliver to any address in mainland Britain on the next working day (Monday to Friday) after your order is sent out. We aim to get all orders dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. UPS offer a full trackable delivery service. This delivery must be signed for, so please ensure somebody is at the address given on your order between 9 and 5 pm.
The shipping charge for a next-day delivery is £7 for any order.
Standard delivery services
Your Buttonbag kits will be despatched by Royal Mail on the next working day following receipt of the order and should be with you in 2-3 days.
Standard delivery charges within the UK are calculated according to the total price of the order, as follows:
- Orders £10 and under: postage £2
- Orders between £10 and £20: postage £3
- Orders between £20 and £30: postage £4
- Orders £30 and over: free
For overseas orders to other EU countries or USA the shipping prices are as follows. This is not a trackable service.
- Orders of £10 and under: £5 within Europe, £8 to the USA
- Orders between £10 and £20: £7 within Europe, £10 to the USA
- Orders between £20 and £40: £8 within Europe, £15 to the USA
- Orders above £40: £10 within Europe, £18 to the USA
If you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know these when placing the order.
We will send you a notification email when the goods have been despatched.
Payment
Online payments are processed securely using PayPal. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as direct PayPal payments.
You can also pay by cheque by printing the online order form, completing and sending it to us with your cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Buttonbag Ltd.
Unfortunately it is not possible to place orders by telephone.

Returns
Unwanted goods may be returned in their unopened packaging within 28 days of receipt, to receive a refund.
Privacy
Your details may be kept by us for future mailings and news. If you do not wish to receive these, please check the relevant box when ordering.
